Carol will take the stage with the extraordinary, Pulitzer prize winning Alice Walker in a conversation entitled, “Infinite Grace: The Inexhaustible Wonder of Writing” at the San Miguel Writers’ Conference, February 11, 2015 at 6:00 pm
Carol will be leading a workshop on February 13th for writers, entitled, “Stand and Deliver: Reading Your Work to an Audience” at the San Miguel Writers’ Conference.
Carol will reading in La Manzanilla, Mexico with Alice Walker on Friday, March 13th at 7:30 p.m at Casa Luz. The two authors are doing a program together titled, “This is Mexico and It’s Color Purple.” Carol will be discussing Mexican culture and reading excerpts from her book and Alice will be reading poetry.
Carol was a featured presenter at the San Miguel Literary Sala on August 13, 2015 in San Miguel de Allende. She debuted a 5 minute performance piece entitled , “Hasta La Vista Donald Trump.”
